Sidechain is a classic west coast IPA base whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic with an added twist. We've used a newly available dried format Brettanomyces Bruxellensis at packaging for natural carbonation and an ever evolving flavour and aroma profile. Drink fresh for pine resin and citrus flavours or age for a more complex profile delivered by Brettanomyces. Most importantly, enjoy!
