Mosaic ALE was our first ALE that we brewed in the brewery. The first batch was called Wedding ale, which we cooked for the wedding of one of the brew masters. Since then, we have it in our permanent offer under the name Mosaic.
Beer of golden color with creamy stable foam. Intense citrus can be smelled in the aroma, the body is citrus with slightly malty tones. Lower to medium saturation.
